Private OKRs

The feature allows you to hide OKRs from everyone except the OKR Owner, Stakeholders, Workspace, and Plugin Admins.

To make an OKR private:

  1. Add the column “Privacy” to the Alignment view

  2. Click on the “Lock” icon next to an OKR that you want to hide.

Or from the OKR edit and creation window:

In case some elements of an OKR tree are public or shared with you, then the private part will remain visible to you except for the OKR title and Edit window.

If the parent element and all its child OKRs are private, then it will be completely hidden from users who do not have access to it.
