Email notifications troubleshooting (Cloud)

Please perform the following steps:

 

  • User menu → Personal settings → Allow to receive email notifications

  • User menu → Manage account → Contact → Anyone”

  • Once you are done, please check the Personal settings again to see if the email address is now available.

 

If you still do not see your email address or email notifications are still not sent, please get in touch with our Support team.
