Jira Issue grading
OKR Board support all Jira issue types including Custom issue type.
There are two ways how your Jira Issue grade can be calculated: Auto and Manual.
Manual Grade
The Manual grade lets you override your issue's progress and customize it using options like Percent, Binary, and Number, just like a Key Result.
Auto grade
The Auto grade is based on the Jira issue resolution status or progress of its subtasks.
For Jira issues without sub-tasks
100% - when the respective issue in Jira gets any status with the category “Done“ (the green one)
0% - when the respective issue in Jira has any other statuses like “To Do“, “In Progress“ (the grey or blue one).
For Epics, Initiatives, and Jira issues with sub-tasks
Epic/Initiative progress is calculated based on its child’s issue progress.
We do not take into account linked issues as blocks/related to/etc.
