You need Plugin or Workspace admin rights to manage users
Add or remove user
By default, all the users will be able to see the plugin. If it not happen, pls check the rights for the plugin in Jira Details. The user will be switched on in the plugin with his first visit.
Go the “Settings“ tab on the right top corner.
Click “Add User“
Find a user you want to add to the workspace.
Pick a group and role.
Click “Confirm“
