We are happy to introduce you to a brand new Settings tab that is coming soon to OKR Board for Jira.
In this article, we will walk you through all the feature changes.

Summary

  • The Groups tab moved under Workspaces.

  • The Users tab merged with Plugin Admins.

  • The Users tab now allows you to see the full list of users across all workspaces.

  • New flow for user addition.

  • A separate User page that allows you to see/change workspaces, groups, and user roles.

 

 

Workspaces

The workspaces tab has retained its original functionality while introducing new features.

Groups, users, and intervals can now be set up while a specific workspace is selected.

Users & Admins

The Groups and Users tab was reworked.
The Groups settings moved to Workspaces, and Plugin Administrators merged with Users to form a new tab: Users & Admins.
The Users tab now allows you to see the full list of all users across all workspaces.

A new user addition flow allows you to select multiple workspaces, groups, and roles for a single user or several simultaneously.

Bulk add allows you to import users from a specific Jira group or link the group so all newly added group members will be automatically added to the plugin.

Another addition to the Users tab is a separate User page that allows you to change existing groups and roles for a separate user as well as add this user to a new workspace or group.
