How do you Prioritise OKRs?

The OKR Board app allows you to easily prioritize items on your OKR board using labels and drag & drop functionality.
Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Add labels to your OKRs

Labels can be used to categorize and prioritize your OKRs based on various criteria such as urgency, importance, or difficulty.
To add labels to your OKRs, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your OKR board in Jira.

  2. Click on the OKR that you want to add a label to.

  3. Click on the "Labels" field in the right-hand panel.

  4. Enter a label for your OKR (e.g., "Urgent", "Important", "Easy", "Difficult", etc.).

  5. Click on “+ New Label” to save your label.

 

Step 2: Prioritize your OKRs using drag & drop

Once you have added labels to your OKRs, you can prioritize them using drag & drop functionality.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Navigate to your OKR board in Jira.

  2. Locate the OKR you want to prioritize.

  3. Click on the drag icon on the left of your OKR and drag it to the appropriate place on your board to adjust its priority.




Using labels and drag & drop functionality is a simple and effective way to prioritize items on your OKR board.
This way you can ensure that you are focusing on the most important and urgent items first.
