How to change Jira issue grade manually

How is the scoring from Jira issues calculated (in case there is no child issue inside this Jira ticket):

To Do → 0%
In Progress → 0%
Done → 100%

If you are struggling to find a way how a linked Jira issue which is in progress can be graded with more than 0% as current progress, you can use the following approach:

Create a “proxy” KR and link Jira issues to them. In this case, you will be able to change KR’s grade manually and put the Jira issue under it:

Step-by-step guide:

Create “proxy” KR (you can name it with the same name as the Jira issue)
Link Jira issue to this KR
Disable “Contribute to parent’s grade” feature
Change KR’s grade
